Position Summary

A great opportunity to introduce and upsell 123Loadboard services to a customer base with a great potential for growth! If you are results oriented, passionate about sales, and know how to develop customer relationships, we want to hear from you!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients through outbound sales calls
  • Nurture prospective clients and manage all aspects of the customer relationship
  • Achieve daily KPIs and monthly targets
  • Use internal CRM system to manage pipeline
  • Develop relationships through phone, email, social media, trade shows and professional networking
  • Identify opportunities and contribute to lead sources for new business 
  • Develop close ties with key accounts to understand their requirements, and provide service that exceeds expectations.


  • 2+ years of Sales experience with an ability to close deals
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed activity quota
  • Computer literate, MS Office and CRM experience
  • Excellent phone skills, good communicator
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Team player, fast learner, requires minimal supervision
