123Loadboard provides a freight matching marketplace for carriers,
brokers and shippers to engage with innovative trucking tools to help find truck loads and move more freight - similar to Kijiji but for the transportation industry.

Position Summary

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing customers with an exceptional level of service while recognizing their issues and striving to resolve them. If you know how to develop and nurture customers, we want to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer support to the Customer Service & Posting Team
  • Respond to customer support questions in a professional and courteous manner and ensure customers are satisfied and continue their relationship with us
  • Work with customers to resolve issues 
  • Respond to online training requests for our service
  • Respond to requests for information and other general inquiries
  • Manage the review rating process by reaching out to our top customers
  • Reach out to customers to post their equipment type and location
  • Research and update customer record with relevant information
  • Make intro calls to new customers and outbound follow-up calls to prospective members
  • Perform other duties as required


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Computer literate, MS Office, and MS Excel
  • Excellent phone skills, Good Communicator, Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task 
  • Team player, fast learner, require minimal supervision
